Refund Policy

Refunds are available for any reading, if the customer feels they did not get a reading that feels genuine to them. I understand the legitimate grievance of this and money is hard to come by these days.

If you want to request a refund for your reading, you can tell me during the reading, or send an email to Tkehoejr@casterscabinet.com or call (781) 759-6814 for assistance on this.

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days, depending on your bank, and will be sent back to the card with which you paid for your appointment.
